  Fund: Missouri Pet Spay/Neuter Fund
  
  Fund Administrator: Special Fund of the Treasury administered by the Department of Agriculture.
  
  Fund Disbursement: Less reasonable administrative costs, all S/N Funds shall be paid as grants to human societies, local municipal animal shelters, RSMo, and 501c3 organizations to be used solely for the spaying and neutering of dogs and cats in the state of Missouri. Grants administered by a volunteer board, of which two are local municipal animal shelters and one is an administrator of a humane society. Monies must be spent by the end of each fiscal year.
